Mrs Noeline Rajitha Pradeep Kumar ( Rajitha) is an immigration solicitor with 13 PQE. Rajitha is registered as a level 3 ( asylum and protection advice, immigration advice) OISC adviser to provide immigration advice & immigration service at PRK Immigration Services. Rajitha has over 18 years of experience in representing clients in their complex asylum & protection and immigration applications under the Legal Aid Agency Contract.
Rajitha was selected as a finalist in the Children’s Rights category at the Legal Aid Lawyer of the Year Awards 2016. Following another nomination to the Law Centres Federation Rajitha was the first recipient to win the Laura Olafunke Memorial Award for Advancing Equalities. In December 2022 at the Law Centres Network Annual Conference, Rajitha was selected as a winner of the outstanding achievement award for her exceptional work in asylum and immigration cases. Rajitha has a remarkable track record in securing leave to remain for asylum applicants, children, and victims of domestic violence.
